Brazilian Brigadeiros with a Dulce da Isla Twist!

Our December Featured Recipe is a festive take on the classic Brazilian Brigadeiros and adding a unique fusion with our signature Dulce da Isla blend, bringing gentle island warmth, comforting spices, and a holiday-ready depth of flavor.
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp Dulce da Isla blend (to taste)
Chocolate sprinkles, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder for coating
Instructions:
In a non-stick saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, and Dulce da Isla. Stir continuously.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring the constantly, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan. When a spatula dragged across the ottoman leaves a clean line, its ready.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly buttered plate or bowl. Allow it to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
Light butter your hands. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a smooth ball.
Roll each in your desired coating. Place in a mini cupcake liners and enjoy!
